GoPDA.com and Qvadis Announce Strategic Distribution Alliance

Hurst, TX / Toronto, ON - 30 November 1999 - GoPDA.com, the definitive resource for personal digital assistant (PDA) software, hardware and information, and parent company of PalmCentral.com and CEStation.com, and Qvadis Corporation, a developer of PDA applications and provider of a leading Web resource for the growing community of Palm e-document users, today announced an exclusive marketing and distribution partnership. Under the agreement, PalmCentral.com will become the premier distributor for the Qvadis Express Reader line of applications.

Express Reader enables end-to-end portability between desktop text-editing applications and Palm devices. With Express Reader GT, Palm owners can read and manage personal e-documents, e-books downloaded from Qvadis.com or other Websites, and even beam them to other users via the Palm infrared port. With Express Reader DX, the desktop component, Palm users can preview and manage their collection of e-documents, convert text files into Palm format, and prepare them for viewing with GT on their Palm organizers. A suite, Express Reader Pro, is also available.

"We are pleased that Qvadis has selected the GoPDA.com network as the premier retail channel for the Express Reader line," said Randy Eisenman, CEO of GoPDA.com. "With our growing user base, proven e-commerce capability, and ongoing partnerships with key Internet media companies, PalmCentral.com has become the leading PDA destination on the Web."

"Our strategic alliance with GoPDA.com allows us to present Express Reader directly to a highly targeted audience of Palm users," said Sam Peralta, President and CEO of Qvadis Corporation. "As the requirements for portable document technology continue to expand, Qvadis applications and Web resources will find more widespread use in the handheld user community."

Palm users can download evaluation versions or purchase full versions of Express Reader at Qvadis.com and PalmCentral.com.

In a related agreement, Qvadis also becomes an affiliate of GoPDA.com, linking the Qvadis.com site - which features an e-text library, an archive of Internet e-book collections, news, and the popular e-Book-of-the-Month feature - with PalmCentral.com's extensive software and hardware resources.
