Must see! MemoWare
Memoware is one of the premier repositories of Palm-related documents on the Web. Originated in 1996 by Craig Froehle, it covers a wide range of areas, including literature, computers and communication, medicine, travel, sports, in Express Reader-compatible Doc formats and in other Palm formats.

Must see! Handango
Handango evolved from PalmCentral - one of the original archives of Palm software on the Web - and it still boasts the Internet's largest Palm software collection. The site also carries hardware and other add-ons, including an extensive archive of reference documents and literature in the Doc format.

Must see! PalmGear
PalmGear maintains a comprehensive collection of add-ons to the Palm platform, including software and hardware. It also hosts a large Doc archive in a range of categories, including literature, religious, law and medicine.

Must see! Project Gutenberg
This site contains a comprehensive archives ouf public domain books. While they are in plaintext format, and need to be converted into Palm format, the sheer breadth of the collection is not matched anywhere else on the Web.

NEW! PalmBooks.Org
Calling itself "the library without walls", PalmBooks.Org is a relatively new site, but it is building itself into a complete resource for handheld ebook enthusiasts.

EuroCool
EuroCool is one of Europe's leading archives of software for the Palm platform, and contains a good selection of e-texts in Doc format.

PalmPilot E-Text Webring
This is the current homepage for the PalmPilot E-text Webring, an excellent jumping point to get a taste of various sites that are members of the ring.

Must see! eBookWeb
The successor to the immensely popular eBookNet website, eBookWeb hosts one of the largest communities of ebook enthusiasts online. The site includes news on ebooks, ebook reviews, and comprehensive resources to the digital publishing universe.

A Technician in Your Pocket (Qvadis)
Originally collected by David Eaton, now hosted by Qvadis, the archive has troubleshooting tips, networking resources, and cheat sheets. The hands-on and time-tested qualities of this collection make it a valuable resource. Now integrated in the main Qvadis Library.

A collection of freely downloadable Docs related to science and Unix operating system.

DNA2Z Palm Pilot Library
Documents related to molecular biology, including texts on amino acids. Also available on the site: A. Einstein's "Principles of Research".

Updated! Undocumented PalmPilot Info (Palm Creations)
This site is notable for the "Undocumented Palm Info" e-text, as well as links to other sites supplying software, e-texts and other Palm add-ons.

The e-texts on this site involve technical topics including Unix and the iMac as well as interesting documents on Sega systems, Mystery Science Theater 3000 (MST3K), and the X-Files.

Linux E-Text Docs
David Strout and various contributors have collected all of the Linux HowTo and Mini-HowTo files converted to Doc format. An excellent resource for mobile professionals with Linux responsibilities.

The Chemistry Set for PalmPilot
Several useful modules, including the elements, chemical critical properties, the US Department of Transportation guide to hazardous substances, the UN Hazardous Materials Guide, and a list of extremely hazardous substances, all with other relevant reference material.

The Medical Palm Source
Medical texts in Palm format, garnered from textbooks, journal articles, lectures and other sources, as well as a number of useful applications.

Anton's Medical PalmPilot Docs and Databases
A large number of e-texts dealing with allergic reactions, reactions to venoms and other similar substances, and various clinical lists.

Peripheral Brain

Updated! PreOperative Evaluation Manual
Dr. C. Voss' "Preoperative Evaluation Manual", used at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center, in Palm format. Chapters are arranged by organ systems, starting with cardiovascular, then pulmonary and so on. A good resource for both internists and surgeons.

Selected Topics in Pediatrics (DocZ Medical Page)
A collection of e-texts In Doc and text format, mainly on pediatrics but also dealing with other areas of medicine. Topics include pediatrics, bronchopulmonary displasia, neonatal immunity, and the long QT syndrome.

Must see! Mary Jo's E-Texts (The Dogpatch)
A large collection of well-selected e-texts for the Palm, converted by Mary Jo Sminkey. The archives include the Oz series, Tom Swift books, Star Trek fan fiction, and numerous classics for children and young adults. This site is updated regularly.

PalmaServ
One of the original e-text archives, Palma Serv has extended its range to include both iSilo and Doc format texts. Its varied and growing collection has been featured in articles on The Wall Street Journal Interactive and Quicken.com.

The Jack London Pocket Anthology (Qvadis)
The first volume of "The Jack London Pocket Anthology", short stories written by the author of the classics "The Call of the Wild" and "White Fang". Qvadis will be offering more in The Pocket Anthology series in the future. Now integrated in the main Qvadis Library.

The Art of War, Tao Te Ching and other Chinese Texts
This site collects ancient Chinese texts. The growing collection includes "The Art of War", by Sun Tzu, and the "Tao Te Ching", by Lao-Tse.

The Library/Doc archive contains E-texts from the science fiction genres, mainly episode guides for "Star Trek" (in most of its incarnations), "Babylon 5", and some material related to the series "The X-Files".
